U.S. Energy Corp. is an independent exploration and production company focused on exploring, developing and producing oil and natural gas in the U.S. The company has developed a diverse portfolio of prospects through numerous drilling ventures with proven operators, including the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana, the San Joaquin Basin of California and onshore Gulf Coast. U.S. Energy Corp. also owns the Mount Emmons molybdenum project in Colorado, currently being developed by Thompson Creek Metals.
