Endeavour International conducts exploratory and production operations in proven hydrocarbon basins offshore in the UK and onshore in the U.S. Moving from an explorer to a developer, it has a balanced portfolio of oil and gas assets that combines the nearer-term production in the U.S. with the longer cycle time of its development and producing assets in the North Sea. One of the most active independents in the central North Sea, Endeavour has three field developments underway in the UK. In the U.S., the company has built a substantial acreage position in four unconventional onshore shale plays.
