Mesa Exploration

Mesa Exploration is a Canadian-based exploration company focused on developing the Bounty Potash project, host to a non-NI-43-101-compliant resource of 5.1 Mt potash. The mineral deposit at the Bounty project is a potash-rich brine aquifer hosted in near-surface, sand-silt-clay beds. These types of deposits are well known and understood from an exploration, development and production perspective. Bounty is near Intrepid Potash's Wendover potash mine, which is chemically and physically analogous to the deposit at the Bounty project. The Wendover mine has annual production of 100 Kt potash and 200 Kt magnesium chloride, grossing $65M per year.
